Life

Wow. Sure is crazy, isn't it?

Today was a great day at church. I bore my testimony twice. :)
One of the things I said was how Heavenly Father is the best lemonaide maker in the world. Even when we stray, he finds a way for us to find blessings from it. EVEN if is because of our own doing, our own disobedience. THAT PROVES his unfathomable eternal love for us. It's amazing. Admist everything, even in sin and turmoil, he can turn it around. Tender Mercies. The atonement.

My testimony as only strengthened this past year....

When I met with my bishop today I was explaining how things have been going for me. I hope you can understand this but I told him how my whole life has been different then, lets say it otherwise would have been. A long time ago someone used their free agency to violate mine. It has cascaded and branched into a multitude of problems my entire life. Things I will always live with. However, as I use to curse this I now embrace it. It has made me who I am. And to go along with the lemonade buisness its strange...its ALMOST as if Heavenly Father let/made this happen to me cause I don't know who I would be if it didn't...yet we all know no bad comes from him....its interesting, But goes to show you his incredible love and knowledge....

So I told my bishop you know, I have always slightly been under the line that has been expected of me. I have always been very spiritual and had such a great testimony. Its really how people know me, I can say honestly. While I do not want to blame my past, me and Heavenly Father have an understanding...I take responsibility for my actions, but I am SO MUCH MORE fully aware and clear - all thanks to a wonderful soul who helped me heal and grow. I have grown SO MUCH. I told him I have had to take smaller steps towards my goals then most people....

and with that my bishop said the words I lacked. He literally interrupted me and gave me a profound look and said "You are becoming a more well rounded person."

Its funny he would use that phrase. Thats exactly what shawn is that has made me look up to him so much. He has made me better. We make eachother better in different ways that all matter. I am so happy to do this with him the rest of my life.

My bishop gave me a hug and said "then you are doing all the right things. I am proud for you."

I am proud for you is an interesting phrase. But so appropriate.

I know I am. I am SO grateful for everything. And so full of love and excitment.
I love how the spirit can lead and guide every single aspect of our lives. Great and small. Important and insignificant.

Life!

Some silly pictures!
I gotta explain some. So Cho loooovs to torture me. One day he found a pen and just wanted to write on my face SOOOO bad so I finally concented to a small dot- which is right where he has a freckle! So I had to take a pic of us as twins :P well..sorta... ( its on the tip of my nose)

He can never take a regular pic hehehe

So this next set had me cracking up SOOO hard - ya HAD to be there. The whole fam was sittin watching tv and Cho got some marshmellows. This is what ended up happening...btw his sweet little mom started with the buck teeth :P

I just love how they are sitting there so serene, so serious hehehe (if ya didn't notice they both have marshmellows in their nose :P)

This next one is the best

So I haven't really updated so I decided I would!!
I've just been working. I decided while I have the opportunity I mine as well go for my MECP certification. In case you didn't know: "MECP is the only nationally-recognized, manufacturer-supported credential for mobile electronics installers. Visit us on the Web at http://www.mecp.com/"

I've been studying the basic level guide and took the practice test the other day. I failed with a 69% so I studied and took it yesterday. Can you believe I got a 96%?!?! I was sooo happy! So Best Buy pays for your first test - which, from what I understand, is easier then the practice :P - so I got a voucher and get to go take it when I set up an appointment! Of course I will be waiting till Ike passes before I do that...So what this means is when I pass this test I am a CERTIFIED Autotech!! This means MO' MONEY!!! Not to mention the looks on mens faces when they find out I not only know MORE then they do but can DO more then they can with audio equipment muahahaha :P Thats priceless.

So I have been working on getting my PT test too. I need yalls help I need 4 more people to send me their workout routine for an essay for the test. (email me at jaquee.j@gmail.com)

I have also been working on my book! I wrote something I am pretty proud of and came to some realizations. All that you can read at my website http://www.bloodbond.weebly.com/
My newest peice is on the excerpts page -scroll down till you see "Random Chapter" - and a new entry on the blog too.

Alright keep in touch people! LOVE YA!!

The Aquarium!

So yesterday me, Kari, Mike and the kids went to the Downtown Aquarium! It was a lot of fun - and nice and cool too- It's been so hot here! Good thing we didn't go to the zoo like originally planned...we woulda died! Here are some pics :) Enjoy!

Austin didn't say much but I think he thought it was pretty cool - I must've been more scared then him!  We saw a lot of big sharks with scary teeth! And even one that looked like it had a saw for a nose!
This was the scariest part for Austin I think - haha.  He love loves trains and Kari went to pull the whistle and he jumped! So she took him over there so he could pull it! But he wanted her too :P After we left he kept asking to go back and see the train! haha I think that was his favorite part.
So we all know I have an unrealistic fear of fish - and aquariums kinda creep me out.  But I was doing ok! That is, till we went on the shark voyage.  We took a little train into a tunnel that was FULL of sharks! It was kinda scary, but VERY cool.

Keira was so cute.  Here she is pointing to the starfish.  What's funny is right after this picture was taken, she turned her attention to some kind of burlap sack that was on the wall for decoration :P
I love this picture.  Look at those big fish!! Creepy

Isn't this picture beautiful!?  There always seems to be a halo over Keria's head.  She's such an angel and always happy. She makes me smile and laugh so much.
Weirdos! I think he was trying to bite her neck :P

Look at Austin! He's a deep sea diver!

Isn't that cute! They had a little bubble window you could crawl into and see the stingrays fly over you.  There are many like  this but I like this one cause Keira is looking straight up into the camera! Such a cute girl

These are me, petting the stingrays! We were there for a while before I told Kari that petting stingrays was one of dreams.  So we went back to take pictures! She's so talented.  Look at these!

This is Marina, one of the female white tigers.  She's much smaller then the males but it was so cool to see them.  They decorated their habitat like an Indian Temple.  We got to see her eat.  After that she came down to the glass - a worker there, Joe, was the only male she liked.  He would walk by the glass and she would rub and rub against it like a house cat, so affectionate. She loved Joe! It was so interesting to see.
